CDM Exception errors can be caused when CDM cannot open an Office document.
A common solution to this is to:
1. Export the object having a problem from CDM.
2. Open the object in MS Office without using CDM.
3. Use Office to save a new copy of the object.
4. Use CDM to re-import the object, using the option to overwrite the existing one.
If this does not resolve the problem, or you are having a different exception error then please raise a ticket with us providing the following:
